Crisis & Community Support
If you’ve found your way here and things feel heavy, I’m really glad you did.
This page offers a curated list of crisis lines and community resources for individuals in Vancouver and across B.C., as well as a separate section for those living in Ontario. Finding the right support in moments of distress can feel overwhelming — this list is here to help make that process a little easier.
Every effort has been made to ensure the information is current, but services may change over time. Direct links are provided for the most up-to-date details. If you happen to notice any errors, I’d appreciate you letting me know so that I can keep this page accurate and helpful.
Please note: I do not offer emergency or crisis response services as part of my practice. This section is intended for informational purposes only.
